You will be responsible for the logistical puzzle of coordinating field engineers, managing emergency call-outs, and ensuring that every customer receives a five-star service experience. The Day-to-Day As the central link between the office and the field, your responsibilities will include: * Expert Scheduling: Managing the daily diaries of a team of engineers, prioritising emergency drainage works while maintaining scheduled maintenance appointments. * Route Optimisation: Planning efficient routes across Hampshire and the South to ensure engineers spend more time on-site and less time in traffic. * Customer Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing real-time updates on engineer ETAs and resolving any logistical hurdles. * Problem Solving: Rapidly re-routing resources to handle urgent, time-critical tasks without disrupting the wider schedule. * Operational Support: Ensuring engineers have the correct equipment and information to complete jobs successfully the first time.
