The Role As a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager, you will lead on complex, high-profile projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic solutions while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the future direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Transfer Pricing projects across a varied client base. Develop and implement Transfer Pricing policies aligned with client strategies Conduct advanced financial modelling, analyses, and benchmarking studies Manage complex documentation for multinational organisations Provide high-level advisory services on Transfer Pricing and related tax matters Support dispute resolution with tax authorities Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives Requirements Strong technical expertise in Transfer Pricing and International Tax Proven experience delivering projects within a professional services or accountancy practice environment Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Ability to build trusted client relationships and lead engagements independently ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification (preferred) Benefits Be part of a Top 10 global accountancy firm with exciting growth plans Join a Transfer Pricing team led by an energetic new Partner with a clear strategic vision.
