We’re seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor and play a vital role in the commercial success of high-profile projects across sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, defence, commercial, and more.  About the Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of both pre- and post-contract responsibilities, ensuring accurate cost control, robust commercial management and successful project delivery. You will: Manage high-value projects independently Oversee cost monitoring, CVRs, and monthly reporting Prepare Bills of Quantities and procurement packages Manage subcontractors—financially and contractually Conduct site visits, attend progress meetings and ensure commercial compliance Support the delivery of accurate financial reporting and project profitability Handle final accounts and protect the company’s commercial interests About You We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with the drive to succeed and the confidence to lead.
