Multimedia Support Analyst – Contract | London (Hybrid, 3 days in office) Inside IR35 £300/day | 6-Month Contract We are looking for a Multimedia Support Analyst to join a dynamic editorial team producing video and audio content for digital platforms. This hybrid role (3 days in office) requires strong technical expertise in multimedia systems and IT support to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide operational support for multimedia IT systems, including macOS, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Cubase, Signiant Media Shuttle, Frame.io, Iconik, SAN/Lucid Link, AWS S3/Glacier, and IT ticketing systems. * Monitor multimedia system processes and resolve issues to ensure timely content creation, publishing, and archiving. * Respond to user requests and incidents, escalating major problems to appropriate teams. * Liaise with third-party vendors and internal developers for system upgrades and feature implementation. * Provide training and onboarding support for new staff and IT teams. * Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills / Experience * macOS support and configuration experience. * Strong understanding of network, storage, and server infrastructure. * Knowledge of network and security architecture. * IT troubleshooting and support experience. * Experience with MDM device management (e.g., JAMF). * Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills; ability to work under pressure. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and proactively. Desirable Skills * Experience with Media Asset Management systems. * Basic programming/scripting (e.g., Bash). * Unix/Linux command-line experience. * Understanding of cloud systems (AWS). * Experience in video/audio production environments
