Mechanical Supervisor – Healthcare Project (Stoke) 📍 Location: Stoke-on-Trent 💷 Pay Rate: £30 per hour 🕒 Working Hours: 7:00 – 17:00 ⏳ Duration: 12-week project 🗓️ Start Date: 5th January 2026 We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support a fast-paced healthcare project in Stoke. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering essential M&E works within a live healthcare environment. Role & Responsibilities * Oversee and coordinate mechanical installation works on-site * Manage and supervise mechanical subcontractors and labour * Ensure all works are completed to spec, on time, and to high-quality standards * Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure H&S compliance * Liaise with project managers and other site supervisors * Complete daily and weekly reporting as required Essential Qualifications & Experience * Mechanical Supervisor experience on commercial or healthcare projects * SSSTS certification * Strong understanding of mechanical building services * Ability to manage teams and maintain progress in line with programme * Excellent communication and leadership skills What’s on Offer * £30 per hour * 7am–5pm working hours * 12-week contract * Opportunity to work on a high-profile healthcare project
