Project Manager | Major Commercial Office Fit-Out (£200M+) Day Rate: £500 - £550 Location: London Contract: 12 months (potential extension) A leading Tier One contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery on a flagship £200m+ commercial office fit-out in central London. This high-profile scheme requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments. The Role You’ll take responsibility for key work packages within a live, large-scale commercial office project, ensuring progress, coordination, and quality across multiple interfaces. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help drive the programme, keep delivery on track, and uphold the standards expected on a major Tier One scheme. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day delivery of major Cat A/Cat B fit-out packages on a high-value commercial office project. * Drive programme performance, proactively addressing risks and blockages. * Coordinate design, commercial, and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery. * Oversee subcontractor performance, sequencing, logistics, and quality controls. * Maintain exceptional safety and compliance standards. * Report progress and critical milestones to senior leadership. About You * Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial office fit-outs, ideally £100m+. * Strong Cat A/Cat B technical knowledge in complex office environments. * Confident managing multiple subcontractor packages in a Tier One setting. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to maintain pace on demanding programmes. * Experience working for Tier One contractors in a similar capacity would be highly beneficial.
