Caretaker – Primary School (Birmingham, B11) Start Date: Next week Contract: Long-term Hours: Full-time Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience We are looking for an experienced and reliable Caretaker to join a primary school in Birmingham (B11). This is a long-term role starting next week, supporting the school with all aspects of site maintenance and security. Key Responsibilities: * Opening and locking up the school safely each day * General maintenance and upkeep of the school buildings and grounds * Supporting staff and contractors on site * Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed * Managing resources and reporting any repairs or issues promptly Requirements: * Proven experience as a school caretaker or in a similar role * Strong knowledge of site security and locking procedures * Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently * Good communication and teamwork skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school team in a long-term position
