HGV Technician Location: Crawley, West Sussex Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Straight days (day shift only) Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HGV Technician to join our team in Crawley. This is a full-time, permanent position working straight day shifts, offering an excellent salary of up to £57,000 for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment Complete MOT preparation and inspections Ensure all work is completed to DVSA and manufacturer standards Accurately complete job cards, reports, and service documentation Maintain a clean and safe working environment Adhere to all health & safety regulationsRequirements Previous experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic Relevant qualifications (Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent preferred) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and time management skillsWhat We Offer Competitive salary up to £57,000 Straight day shifts – excellent work-life balance Overtime opportunities (if available) Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment Ongoing training and development Secure, permanent employment  How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
