Key Responsibilities Major Project – Sitewide Compressed Air System Replacement * Lead the delivery of a full sitewide compressed air system replacement project, covering both generation and distribution. * Manage logistical challenges associated with extensive pipework running across operational GMP areas, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance. * Coordinate closely with site teams, GMP operations, and wider business stakeholders to plan and execute works safely and efficiently. * Oversee transition from the end of the design phase into contract negotiations, additional tendering (if required), and full delivery. Additional Capital Projects * Support and deliver one or two smaller capital projects as required alongside the primary project. * Provide project leadership, ensuring scope, cost, time, and quality requirements are met.
