Site Supervisor

We're urgently seeking an experienced Highways Site Supervisor to take charge of a single active construction site in the Twickenham area. This role is ideal for someone who can step in immediately, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth, safe delivery of civils works on a live project including roads and surrounding civils. Key Responsibilities: ·Oversee and supervise all on-site highways and civils activities ·Coordinate operatives, subcontractors and deliveries ·Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures ·Carry out daily briefings, site checks and progress reporting ·Work closely with the project manager to keep the programme on track ·Ensure quality, productivity and safe working practices at all times Essential Requirements: ·CSCS Gold Card - mandatory ·Proven experience supervising civils or highways construction works ·Strong understanding of traffic management and safe systems of work ·Competent IT skills for reporting and communication ·Ability to take control of a site independently and confidently Desirable (not essential): ·SSSTS / SMSTS ·Temporary Works Supervisor qualification ·Any traffic management qualification This is an urgent requirement.
