This role offers the chance to work on high-value, low-volume systems, contributing to advanced projects across aerospace, automotive, defence and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing components, assembling system elements and maintaining quality standards, working within a highly skilled production environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare component parts safely and accurately to required quality standards * Assemble parts into system elements using hand, power, and precision engineering tools * Handle components and assemblies safely in line with Health & Safety procedures * Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and specifications correctly * Identify and report non-conformances using established quality processes * Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production goals * Follow work instructions, risk assessments and internal processes * Maintain 5S workplace cleanliness and contribute to continuous improvement activities Experience & Skills Required: * Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Proven mechanical assembly experience, ideally involving hydraulic systems * Minimum 2 years’ assembly work in a precision, high-value/low-volume environment * Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering background preferred * Strong hand skills and assembly dexterity * Confident using hand tools, power tools and precision engineering equipment Interested?
