Field Sales Executive – Courier Services Crawley or surroundings areas. £38,000 + commission (50k-70k OTE) Car allowance + Company mobile + Laptop/Desktop Your focus will be generating new business, developing existing accounts, and representing the Courier brand with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve monthly new business and annual revenue targets. * Identify and convert prospects through cold calling (phone & on-the-road). * Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with key decision makers. * Sell our Overnight, Same day and International services to new and existing customers. * Strategically manage your postcode areas to maximise business opportunities. * Deliver presentations at board level. * Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. * Work collaboratively with our experienced operations teams who provide daily leads and support. What We’re Looking For: * Results-driven and target-focused mindset. * Proven track record of face-to-face sales within the courier/logistics industry. * Demonstrated history of strong salary and commission earnings. * Minimum 3 years of field sales experience. * Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. * IT-literate and confident using CRM systems. * Full UK driving licence.
