Quantity Surveyor – Industrial Projects Location: Hull Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days WFH) About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s team and work on high-value industrial projects across the North East. You’ll take ownership of commercial and contractual responsibilities, ensuring projects run smoothly, costs are controlled, and compliance is maintained throughout. Key Responsibilities * Support a site-based commercial team across MSIP & E&I contracts * Prepare and manage cost reports, CVRs, and financial forecasts * Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final account settlements * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial governance * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams * Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project cash flow * Contribute to month-end reporting and performance analysis What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a similar role within industrial or construction sectors * Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills * Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Excellent numerical and communication skills What’s on Offer? * Salary up to £50,000 * Hybrid working (2 days from home) * Career progression opportunities * Work on high-value, complex projects Ready to take the next step?
