Senior Town Planner Location: Fulham, London Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected architecture and planning consultancy on their search for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Fulham-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded and design-conscious planning professional to play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning applications, appeals, and strategic advice across high-profile urban and mixed-use developments. The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be responsible for managing planning applications from inception to decision, preparing policy representations, supporting appeals, and offering sound strategic guidance to a broad client base including developers, architects, and landowners. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers, contributing to projects that shape the urban fabric across London and the South East. What We're Looking For MRTPI qualified (or working towards) Relevant years of experience in a planning consultancy or similar environment Proven track record of managing planning applications and appeals Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders A passion for high-quality development and a design-led approach Why Join?
