Counterbalance Driver - with experience Pay: night - £14.40 per hour mids - £13.57 per hour Weekend bonus: £58.94/day Freezer bonus: £11.79/day Hot meal: £3.50 voucher/day Working hours: * 22:00-06:00 - Monday to Friday or * 14:00 - 22:00 - Tuesday to Saturday An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join one of our longstanding clients in Hemel Hempstead. The Role: * Operate counterbalance forklifts * Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions * Keep work area tidy * Ability to work in all areas (Dry/Ambient, Chilled and Frozen) and jump from task to task at request * Good communication skills * General warehouse duties Requirements: * Must have a Valid Counterbalance Certificate (out of house) * Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or production setting * Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and protocols * Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy * Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness If you have a good track record and you're keen to join an exceptional agency who can offer a brilliant career path along with the opportunity to work on high profile brands, within a business that truly values its team, please apply below
