Registered Nurse - Days

We’re recruiting an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a friendly, supportive nursing home team providing high-quality care for older adults You’ll be part of a home that genuinely values its staff and takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable environment for every resident. Package: * Competitive pay of £40,000 starting salary * Both day and night contracts * Full time contracts but open to discussion for part time if preferred * 36 hour contract with opportunity of overtime * Training, career development, and revalidation support * Supportive management and a well-established team * A friendly workplace that values teamwork and respect Key Responsibilities: * Deliver professional, person-centred nursing care to residents * Administer and record medications safely and accurately * Carry out clinical observations, wound care, pressure area care, and catheter management * Maintain and update care plans to reflect residents’ individual needs * Support, supervise, and guide care staff to deliver high standards of care * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals * Ensure compliance with NMC standards, CQC regulations, and safeguarding procedures * Contribute to a positive and caring home atmosphere Requirements: * NMC registration (RGN) with a valid PIN * Previous nursing experience in a care home or similar clinical setting * Good understanding of CQC requirements and best practice in elderly care * Strong communication and leadership skills * Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellent care If you’re an experienced RGN who takes pride in your work and wants to join a home where staff and residents are truly valued, we’d love to hear from you.
