The Role - Recruitment Consultant (Trainee or Experienced) As a Recruitment Consultant at Guided Talent, you’ll be hands-on with business development, outbound outreach, and account growth. This role suits someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships, driving revenue, and being rewarded for high performance.
