As we expand into integrated and technology-led security systems, we are seeking an ambitious Pre-Sales Technical Manager to help build and shape our technical offering. This is a strategic, hands-on role with clear potential to grow into a senior leadership position. Key Responsibilities: * Lead development of pre-sales and design capability, establishing best practices and standards * Design and specify integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder detection, intercom, and networked platforms * Conduct site surveys and technical consultations with clients * Produce detailed system designs, schematics, proposals, and costings * Support tender responses, client meetings, and presentations * Build and mentor a small technical team, supporting recruitment and training * Collaborate with project delivery teams for seamless handover * Contribute to long-term technical strategy and innovation Skills & Experience: * Proven pre-sales, design, or technical management experience in electronic security or systems integration * Deep knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder, and integrated security systems * Strong understanding of network infrastructure, IT systems, and cybersecurity principles * Skilled in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design tools * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach * HND/HNC or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Security Technology, or related discipline desirable * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel What We Offer: * Competitive salary + performance-based bonus * Company car or car allowance * Pension and private healthcare * Manufacturer and professional training * Opportunity to shape and lead the technical direction of a growing division * Clear path to senior technical leadership This is a career-defining opportunity for a technically strong, commercially aware professional to make a real impact.
