Sub Agent

A leading contractor within the water and utilities sector is looking for an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of a major civils programme in Birmingham. This is a 10-month assignment operating outside IR35, available on a CIS or LTD basis. Role Responsibilities * Assist the Site Agent in managing day-to-day on-site operations * Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers * Oversee quality assurance, technical delivery and site documentation * Ensure all works comply with health and safety procedures, RAMS and quality standards * Support progress monitoring, reporting and programme management * Contribute to problem-solving, planning and risk management activities Requirements * Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Engineer within water, utilities or heavy civils environments * Strong understanding of pipelines, drainage, treatment works or related civils packages * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred * Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills * Ability to start immediately or at short notice What’s On Offer * Outside IR35 contract * CIS or LTD payment options * £380 – £480 per day * 10-month contract * Opportunity to work on a major water and utilities scheme in Birmingham If this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch
