Plumber Multi

MMP are currently recruiting for a Multi Plumber - Repairs Team (Temp-to-Perm) to join a housing provider covering Kent. The successful candidate will carry out responsive and planned repair works across occupied properties, with a strong focus on plumbing repairs alongside general multi-trade maintenance. Travel across Kent is required, with efforts made to keep work as local to your home as possible. Pay: £22.64 per hour (umbrella - temporary) £36,000 per annum (permanent) Key Responsibilities / Skills: Plumbing repairs and maintenance (leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, baths, showers) Diagnosis and repair of plumbing faults Bathroom repairs and resealing Minor carpentry and making good Basic plastering and surface preparation Painting and decorating (making good) Damp and mould washing, treatment, and prevention General property repairs and maintenance Accurate fault finding and rectification Use of a PDA to record and manage daily work
