Streetworks Site Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Streetworks Site manager on a Initial 6 Month Contract, based in Wiltshire Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a duct installation project in Melksham. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and fully compliant with statutory and project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Full site management of duct installation works * Ensuring compliance with NRSWA and highway authority requirements * Acting as Temporary Works Supervisor, ensuring temporary works are implemented in line with approved designs and method statements * Overseeing deep excavation works where required * Coordinating site operatives, subcontractors, and traffic management * Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance * Carrying out site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings * Ensuring all permits, RAMS, and certifications are in place and valid * Liaising with clients, local authorities, and project stakeholders * Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils or utilities projects * NRSWA certification * Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification * Valid CSCS card * First Aid at Work certification * Fire Marshal certification * Strong knowledge of duct installation and highway works * Good communication and organisational skills
