The Role You'll join a supportive Payment Support / Collections team, helping customers who have fallen behind on payments. Through empathetic, solution‑focused conversations, you'll agree realistic outcomes that help customers get back on track. This is not a script‑led or high‑pressure environment - it's about listening, understanding, and delivering a positive customer experience.
