With an operational focus, you’ll support our Network teams and report to a Network Finance Business Partner. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial processes are consistent and controlled, while providing valuable insight to operational and commercial managers to help them make informed decisions.   This is a varied and engaging role that offers challenge, development, and the chance to build strong relationships across the business. Performance Insight – Support monthly reporting cycles and provide analysis to help managers understand financial performance. Business Partnering – Work closely with finance and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Process Support – Assist with control activities and identify opportunities for improvement. Ad-hoc Analysis – Investigate financial data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. What you’ll bring: You’re a proactive and analytical finance professional with a passion for learning and collaboration. Part-qualified accountant actively studying with a UK-recognised body Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables) Curious mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve processes   Looking to grow your finance career in a dynamic and supportive environment?
