Job Role: Land Buyer/ Manager    Area: Maidstone Salary: Up to £60k DOE + Package   We have an opportunity for a Land Buyer/ Manager to join a well-established developer/ contractor based in Maidstone. Position Overview Actively seeking land opportunities Overseeing negotiations and evaluating development potential and site feasibility Preparing offers for submission Preparing land purchase approval packs for submission to the board Attend land meetings and update the wider business teams Circulating new site briefing notes Position Requirements Have worked within a similar position Experience working for a housing developer A positive attitude with a proactive mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent This role is being handled by Chloe, PW Construction Recruitment.
