Interior Designer

Experienced Interior Designer – UHNW Private Client (Sole Designer Role) We’re working on behalf of a UHNW private client to appoint a talented Interior Designer with minimum 5 years experience into a rare sole-designer / lead role within their private lifestyle and design team. This is a hands-on opportunity offering full creative ownership, from concept through to installation and styling across a growing portfolio of high-value UK and international properties. You’ll work directly with the Principal, shaping the decorative identity and long-term design language of the estate, with responsibility for FF&E, bespoke sourcing, artisan commissioning and final styling. Unlike a traditional studio environment, this role offers true autonomy, exposure to end-to-end project delivery, and the chance to work closely with exceptional materials, craftspeople and suppliers. Discretion, independence and confidence in decision-making are essential. Ideal background: * Experienced Interior Designer with 5 - 10 years experience from a respected UK studio (high-end residential / hospitality) * Strong FF&E, materials, sourcing and styling experience * Proven ownership of projects from concept to completion * Excellent eye for detail, proportion and layered interiors * Comfortable working independently and managing multiple properties This is an exceptional role for a designer ready to step into greater responsibility and creative authorship
