CNC Turner – Mazak Programmer/Setter/Operator Ferndown, Dorset Permanent | Precision Engineering Actio Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a leading precision engineering company based in Ferndown. We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with proven experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines. The Role: You’ll be joining a well-established team producing high-precision components for aerospace, defence, and other demanding sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring full-cycle machining expertise on Mazak Integrex lathes. Key Responsibilities: * Programming using Mazatrol controls * Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery * Interpreting complex engineering drawings * Ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes * Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks About You: * Time-served CNC Turner with Integrex experience * Confident programming in Mazatrol * Strong understanding of precision machining and tooling * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Quality-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience) * Day shift position * 4 days per week Monday to Thursday For more information on the role / salary / hours etc contact Actio Recruitment or apply here.
