Sales Support Coordinator (German Speaking) Location: Swindon, SN3 Job type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 16:00pm & Friday 08:00am - 15:00pm (can be flexible between 7:00am - 16:30pm) Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Are you fluent in German and experienced in customer service or sales administration? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, acting as an employment business, are currently looking for someone to join their clients team in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive technical sales team within a international manufacturer playing a ket role in helping customers find the right tooling solutions for their projects. What you will be doing: Managing incoming calls and emails from German-speaking customers Producing accurate quotes and processing orders using an ERP system Providing updates about delivery times, order progress and general account queries Reviewing customer drawings and specifications to identify suitable tooling options (full training provided) Working closely with internal teams including design, engineering and external sales Ensuring all order details are correct and recorded to high standard Offering problem solving support to customers and colleagues About you: Fluent in German (written and spoken) Confident communicator and able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Strong administration or customer service background, ideally in a technical or manufacturing background High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Willingness to learn complex product information Ability to understand technical drawings (advantageous but not essential) Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems would be beneficial Benefits: Company pension Life insurance Profit share scheme Sick pay Cycle to work scheme Employee discounts Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Bereavement leave Health & wellbeing programme Referral bonuses Free flu jabs Free on site parking To apply for this vacancy, please submit your CV via the Apply Now button or contact Shannon Bunch on
