Role: CNC Mill/Turn Machinist Location: Tewksbury Shift: Full time Permanent Nightshift Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience Key Responsibilities – CNC Mill/Turn Machinist A great opportunity to join a successful sub-contract engineering business located in beautiful Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. They are looking for a skilled CNC Mill/Turn machinist (Setter Operator level) to supplement their team in a role that has arisen through growth. This role provides the business with the running of one or more CNC machines. Setting and operating CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines with FANUC operating control system to produce turned components to customer drawings and specifications Inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements General high standard of engineering ability – fully skilled Maintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S Qualifications & Requirements – CNC Mill/Turn Machinist Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering General high standard of engineering ability – fully skilled Working knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential Adept with FANUC Controls and have solid experience in the aerospace industry.
