Senior Resident Liaison Office

PSR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Resident Liaison Officer to join our client, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a key, customer-facing role where you will play a vital part in ensuring residents are fully informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the delivery of works. As the Senior Resident Liaison Office you will lead a team of Resident Liaison Officers (RLO) and act as the primary point of contact for residents, while also providing line management and support to the wider resident liaison team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within property services and social housing delivery. A DBS check is required for this position.
