Project Engineer Nottingham Food Manufacturing Industry Role: To manage and lead CAPEX projects. Manage small-medium sized projects independently, ensuring safe and efficient project implementation. Keep project documentation up to date as required. Budget Management. Monitor and control contractors to ensure safe and effective working, ensuring induction documentation is completed and contractors are controlled. Liaise with the site engineering team to ensure effective communication of project goals and objectives. Keep project stakeholders up to date with project progress. To help design machinery and systems including building updates as required To investigate new machinery and technology which could be used throughout the business. Requirements: Must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 Engineering Must be proficient in CAD Must have worked in fast-paced environment – Ideally food or FMCG manufacturing INDFMCG
