Workplace Creations - Senior Interior Designer London Up to £75K + Package This role sits within a leading Design and Build Workplace fit-out business. You will play a central role in delivering bespoke workplaces that empower people, shape culture and enable performance. This role sits within a design-led studio specialising in creating, building and maintaining inspiring workspaces across a range of sectors. Role overview: You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment leading and contributing to workplace design solutions from concept through to on-site implementation, using creativity, technical understanding and commercial awareness to deliver innovative, well-resolved outcomes. Clear communication and strong collaboration will be central to your role, both internally and with clients. You will also play a visible role in pitches, confidently presenting ideas, articulating value and helping to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Understanding, analysing and developing detailed client briefs, translating business needs into intelligent workplace solutions Leading creative responses for pitches and live projects, balancing innovation with commercial and technical considerations Maintaining a strong awareness of workplace design trends, industry best practice and relevant legislative requirements Designing solutions that consider client expectations, long term flexibility and future change Engaging with multiple stakeholders to understand priorities and managing differing viewpoints Identifying potential risks to client objectives and addressing these through thoughtful design strategies Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure designs remain within budget and are technically sound Communicating design [progress clearly and consistently to internal project reams and external stakeholders Presenting concepts, design development and detailed proposals to clients an securing sign-off at key stages Clearly articulating the commercial and experiential value of design decisions Supporting business development activity through design excellence, relationship building and repeat work Contributing and supporting the development of more junior designers You will bring: Strong, thorough experience in commercial workplace design within a Design and Build environment Strong creative capability with a high level of technical skill and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at any one time effectively under pressure to tight deadlines Proven experience in successfully pitching Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUP and Adobe Creative suite
