This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting business-to-business clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth operations across sales, orders, and customer queries — with a clear temp to perm opportunity. Job Details  Position: Customer Service Advisor (B2B) Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Temp to Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour What You’ll Be Doing  Acting as the main point of contact for business clients Managing customer orders, enquiries, and accounts Liaising with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Providing timely and professional solutions to customer issues Maintaining accurate records and documentation in company systems Building strong, long-term client relationships Communicating effectively with clients via phone and email What We’re Looking For  Proven experience in customer service, ideally B2B Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Driving licence and own vehicle is a bonus Why Apply?  Work for a professional manufacturing company Temp to perm opportunity Competitive hourly pay £12.70 Full-time, consistent 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM weekday hours Opportunity to develop skills and progress in a business support role
