We’re looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to take ownership of environmental performance on a high-profile project. This is your chance to be the go-to expert for the project team, with the autonomy to manage environmental strategies while having support when you need it. What you’ll be doing: Own the Environmental Strategy – Lead compliance, risk management, and best practice across the project Set & Maintain the Standards – Develop, implement, and improve the Project Environmental Management Plan and EMS Protect the Project – Manage pollution prevention, surface water, silt control, waste, noise, dust, and water quality Drive Sustainability – Support carbon reduction targets and smarter environmental decisions Own Performance & Reporting – Monitor, analyse, and report environmental data to clients and senior stakeholders Be the Go-To Expert – Liaise with regulators, clients, and site teams to resolve environmental issues Lead from the Front – Deliver training, promote environmental awareness, and investigate incidents when they arise What’s on offer: Real autonomy to shape environmental outcomes Flexible working – 1–2 days per week from home A major project that genuinely matters A collaborative, supportive team About you: Passionate about environmental management Proven experience in a construction or civil engineering environment Confident communicator with clients and internal teams Vacancy Reference: PR/(phone number removed)
