The Role We’re looking for a motivated and confident Resourcer to support our temporary worker desk, based in Gloucester office. In this role, you’ll help us source, screen, and engage suitable candidates to fill a variety of roles across Gloucester and the South-West region. You’ll be an essential part of our resourcing team, reporting to our Branch Manager and playing a key role in helping us maintain and grow our network of temporary workers. Key Responsibilities * Calling candidates to discuss available roles * Matching candidates to current vacancies * Building strong relationships with potential candidates / clients * Understanding and responding to temporary workers requirements * Supporting consultants in meeting client demands What We’re Looking For Essential Skills: * Confident and professional telephone manner * Ability to handle difficult or challenging conversations * Fast learner with good adaptability * Strong work ethic and motivation * Reliable and punctual * Presentable and professional attitude This role is ideal for individuals looking for full or part-time work, including those needing hours that fit around school drop-offs and pickups.
