Part-Time Qualified Accountant

Marc Daniels is working with a multi-site organisation based in Uxbridge who are looking for a Part-Time Qualified Accountant (approximately 20 hours) to join their dynamic team. This role would require the individual to be able to produce management accounts and assist with year-end. This is a hybrid role, which will require you to go into the office 1 day a week. · Produce timely and accurate management reports, forecasts, and financial analyses · Analyse variances, trends, and financial performance, providing clear commentary and insight · Partner with budget holders to support informed decision-making and achievement of financial objectives · Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings, representing finance as required · Support senior finance leadership and deputise when necessary · Provide financial input into new contracts and proposals, assessing financial and strategic viability · Liaise with external accountants and advisors on statutory accounts, tax, and regulatory matters · Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting obligations · Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and income improvement and present recommendations · Assist with year-end processes, including reconciliations, analysis, and audit support Essential · ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified · Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience · Strong general financial accounting and reporting knowledge · Experience working within a multi-site organisation · Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office capability · Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines · Comfortable operating in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
