Permanent IT Business Analyst My client, an insurance organisation based in The City of London has a requirement for an IT Business Analyst. Key Skills: · A solid understanding of the insurance/reinsurance industry · Demonstrable experience as a high performing Business Analyst with experience in technology, digital, or transformation environments. · Effective communicator with internal stakeholders (at all levels) in the business, understanding their needs · Strong ability to analyse business needs and translate into business user requirements · Skilled at performing business process and gap analysis with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation · Proven ability to undertake project management activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility to lead projects, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes alongside core business analysis duties
