Deputy Manager - Younger Adults Residential Home (Tavistock) £18.13 per hour | 40 hours per week | Mental Health Service Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a well‑established Younger Adults Residential Home in Tavistock, supporting individuals with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities, and Behaviours of Concern. About the Role This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week, offering a mix of supernumerary and shift‑based work to ensure strong leadership presence across the service. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high‑quality care, compliance, and a positive environment for both residents and staff.
