About the role As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will: * Work across a wide range of building types, including residential tower blocks, social housing estates, educational buildings, commercial properties and mixed-use assets. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, structural/fire-safety engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers to deliver projects from feasibility through design, compliance assessment to contract administration and hand-over. Key responsibilities * Professional matters: Technical due diligence, dilapidations, pre and post contract surveys, defect diagnosis and PPMs * Project matters: Specification writing, contract administration, procurement support, monitoring etc * Work alongside team leaders in supporting junior Building Surveyors About you, as the successful Chartered Building Surveyor * Degree educated (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying & MRICS qualified * Commercial awareness and confident approach to communication * Technical ability with experience in cladding remediation specifically Benefits & Package 🔑 * Up to £65,000 + Car allowance * Discretionary performance bonus * Generous annual leave + charity leave * Pension * Enhanced family benefits including maternity and paternity leave * Various health related benefits including health insurance * Full in-house (office) gym * Flexible and hybrid working Ready to take your next career step?
