Business Development / Client Relations Executive


Job Description: We are looking to hire a Business Development/Client Relations Executive to assist with our outreach and sales programme, primarily to the Architecture, Interior Design & specifier community, to improve awareness, develop relationships and help with system specification as well as assisting with closing deals. Salary: £27-33k– additional commission structure Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00AM – 6.00PM (negotiable), some morning or evening work for networking may be required Location: Work from Home – Head Office: Central London – Travel across the UK may be required About Liv. : Liv Technology provides Smart Home & Business Automation services to homeowners and businesses internationally. What You get: * Commission structure * Company Pension * Access to staff discount on products and services sold * Access to high street discount portal * Health Cash Plan * Medical insurance Role Duties * Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business * Developing and building a strong pipeline of new opportunities to achieve company goals and objectives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities * Managing Zoho CRM to track sales activities, pipeline and customer interactions * Build relationships within identified sectors to build out CRM Role Requirements * Experience in business development or sales role within similar industry * Highly organised, confident communicator and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Zoho CRM a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
