We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and professional Sales Administrator / PA to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. (with the opportunity for the role to become permanent) This is a key role within the business, providing administrative and personal assistant support to the Managing and Sales Director and the wider Sales / Estimating team. We’re not a large corporate environment, we’re a busy, close-knit team where everyone plays an important part. We’re looking for someone who’s hard working, adaptable, and happy to wear multiple hats to help keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and managing incoming emails and phone calls Ordering and sending out product samples Filing and maintaining company paperwork and records Tracking tenders and ensuring they are logged and followed up Managing and updating Director’s diary and appointments Taking minutes during meetings as required Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or PA role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organisational and time management abilities A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks Job Details Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: £27,500 per annum Car Parking: On-site parking available Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term (maternity cover) with potential to become permanent
