We are partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to recruit a Senior Accounts Manager to manage a key customer relationship. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, overseeing delivery performance, handling escalations, and ensuring internal teams meet all contractual and operational commitments. Maintain strong long-term relationships and understand customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to support on-time delivery. Track programme performance and participate in customer reviews. Oversee contract, schedule, and quality performance. Maintain reporting systems and lead business reviews with the customer. Provide after-sales support and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.  Senior Account Manager Essential Experience & Qualifications Customer account management experience (essential). 5–10 years in the aircraft/aerospace industry. Leadership experience, with ability to influence cross-functional teams. Degree in Business Management or related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of aviation systems and programme management. Please note candidates must have full Right to Work in the UK and be eligible to work on an ITAR-controlled site
