About the Job As a Freelance Warehouse Tutor, you will deliver engaging classroom-based and practical training as part of funded employment and employability programmes across Nottingham and Derbyshire. Your focus will be on equipping learners with industry-relevant skills, recognised qualifications, and workplace readiness. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering training in Warehouse Operations, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Stock Control, and Employability Skills * Supporting learners to achieve Level 1–2 Warehouse & Storage qualifications * Providing mentoring and tailored support to help learners build confidence and progress into employment * Completing learner assessments and maintaining accurate records in line with awarding body and funding requirements * Travelling between training locations across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as required This freelance role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a measurable difference to learners’ employment outcomes.
