Grounds Maintenance Operative Aylesbury £28,500 per annum Full-time, permanent position Must hold a full UK driving licence Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Carry out high-quality grounds maintenance across premium sites, maintaining exceptional presentation standards * Grass cutting, edging, strimming, and turf care to a consistently high finish * Hedge cutting, pruning, and shaping of shrubs, trees, and ornamental planting * Seasonal horticultural works, including planting, mulching, leaf clearance, and winter maintenance * Weed control and basic pest/disease monitoring (in line with best practice and regulations) * Application of chemicals and treatments where required (PA1/PA6 desirable) * Use and routine maintenance of professional grounds maintenance machinery and tools * Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications * Maintain a professional attitude on site, representing the company with high-end clients * Follow health & safety procedures and report any issues or hazards promptly Experience & Requirements: * Proven experience in grounds maintenance, ideally within high-end or prestigious environments * Strong horticultural knowledge and attention to detail * PA1 & PA6 certificates desirable * Ability to work in a small team * Full UK driving licence
