Engineering Team Leader

An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader has arisen at a nationally recoginised business. Commutable from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. As a Engineering Team Leader you will be: * Managing, motivating, mentoring the engineering team. * Ensuring KPIs and budget targets are met. * Managing on site contractors. * Ensuring safe operation of equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance. * Provide support with a range of electrical and mechanical components such as, conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs etc. Role Requirements: * Recognised mechanical / electrical qualifications. Electrically Biased. * Understanding of controls and network systems. * Experience of supervising and motivating a team. * FMCG experience. * Good communication and IT skills.
