Machine Operative

The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position. MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period. The Role: * Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead * Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders * Overseeing a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes. * Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process. * Maintaining quality control and adherence to safety standards. * Working in an environment with strong chemical smells. * Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow companies’ strict health and safety procedures The Person: * Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract * A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job * Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary * Someone with a can-do attitude * Must be flexible with shifts as will be expected to work overtime * Experience in Hygiene roles The Benefits: * Free parking * On-going work The Hours: * 08:00am to 16:00pm Moving onto * 06:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm The Pay: * £12.21 on Day Shift * £14.04 on Back Shift
