As Practice Lead, you’ll combine technical depth with strategic influence, shaping how advanced analytics, AI/ML, and ontology-driven solutions deliver mission-critical outcomes. What You’ll Do Architect & Govern Ontologies in Palantir Foundry to unify complex datasets. Build & Lead a Practice—mentor engineers, set delivery patterns, and champion innovation. Shape Strategy—balance hands-on engineering with influencing enterprise data direction. Engage Stakeholders—translate technical concepts into operational impact. What We’re Looking For Essential: Palantir Foundry experience, ontology modelling, Agile leadership. Tech Stack: Python, SQL, PySpark, strong data engineering principles. Bonus Skills: Graph technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration tools (Airflow, Kafka, Elasticsearch). Previous leadership experience in data-focused teams.Although a practice lead role this is still a hands on role, if you are looking for a hands off position this might not be for you.
