Site Agent

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to work on a major water treatment project in London on a long-term contract basis. This is a key site-based role, responsible for the day-to-day management of works, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily site operations on a water treatment project * Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams * Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and budget * Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance * Chair site meetings and liaise with the client and project team * Review RAMS, method statements, and permits * Support reporting on progress, risks, and site performance Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Agent on water or utilities projects (water treatment experience essential) * Strong knowledge of civil engineering and M&E interfaces within water projects * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications * Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractors * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer: * Long-term 12-month contract * Competitive LTD day rate of £460 – £550, depending on experience * Major London-based water treatment scheme * Immediate or short-notice start available If this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch
