Plumber / Pipe Fitter – Winchester City Centre We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber / Pipe Fitter on behalf of a well-established building services contractor for a new project based in Winchester City Centre. Project Overview: * High-quality city centre development * Residential apartments with 2 retail units * Start date: 5th January 2026 * Duration: Approximately 3 months * Strong potential for ongoing local work upon successful completion Scope of Works: * First and second fix plumbing * Pipework installation * Residential and light commercial works * General plumbing duties as required on site Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience as a Plumber / Pipe Fitter * Ability to work from drawings and specifications * Own tools * Relevant qualifications (NVQ or equivalent preferred) * CSCS card (preferred) * Reliable, punctual, and professional What’s on Offer: * Well-managed project with an established contractor * Opportunity for further local projects 📍 Location: Winchester City Centre 📅 Start Date: 5th January 2026
