Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager – Stratford SSA are currently working with a leading mechanical and electrical services contractor, delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across commercial, residential, education, and technology sectors. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical packages on complex commercial and residential building projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead mechanical project delivery from design through to handover. * Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project targets. * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications. * Oversee quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental standards Ideal Candidate * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in MEP contracting. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services. * Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills
