We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Support Worker to join our dedicated team at The Trees, a specialist supported living service for four adults with autism and learning difficulties. Located in the village of Drayton Parslow, The Trees is a place where care meets purpose, and where your support can help individuals live life to the fullest. What You Will Be Doing: Supporting individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities Helping manage finances, attend appointments, and administer medication Encouraging independence through life skills like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Creating a safe, healthy, and empowering environment Building strong, trusting relationships that make a real impactWhat We Are Looking For: A kind-hearted individual who is ready to “be the difference” Someone who values dignity, respect, and inclusion A full UK driving licence holder with access to a car (essential due to location)Whether you are experienced or just starting out in support work, we will provide the training and guidance you need to succeed.
